Excellent communications skills are a prerequisite for staff at our facility, as are certificates in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, C.P.R., First Aid and Food Safe.

Responsibilities of our staff include:
- Monitoring medical conditions and administering medications as prescribed;
- Implementing cognitive programs;
- Providing companionship and supervision;
- Maintaining an exercise program for each resident;
- Individualized personal care;
- Assisting with activities of daily living;
- Implementing recreation activities;
- Developing motivational strategies;
- Coordinating and facilitating outings and events.
